A New England-Based Painter's Take on Masks & Lockdowns
With An Invitation to Dialogue for Her Exeter, New Hampshire Community
Photo: Exeter, New Hampshire based water colorist Jonalyn Fincher on The Republican Professor Podcast, June 27, 2023, talking about her free exhibit, an invitation to process the trauma from all aspects of the public health panic of 2020 - 2022.
Jonalyn Fincher is a New England-based painter who has taken on the challenge of commenting on Covid-19 and the response to it as a way to process grief and trauma.
She uses carefully thought-out , expertly crafted watercolor to prompt reflection, healing, and dialogue. She’s aiming for a deeper community solidarity than existed prior to the lock-downs and mask mandates.
