Confusing Epistemology with Politics

It's a Pretty Common, Basic Mistake

James Lindsay, himself a mathematician on the Left and an atheist, consisely yet fairly thoroughly dissects the fundamental error of confusing basic epistemology with politics.

Epistemology is not the same thing as politics, but the two are conflated routinely on college campuses and in K-12 and frankly , anywhere the Left controls.

Conflating the two things only perpetuates ignorance , and since it shuts down discussion and understanding, contributes to polarization and probably will at some point lead to something worse unless enough people see this mistake for what it is and reverse course.
