PRC (China)'s Net FDI : 100 Billion Outbound
First time that's happened since modern data has been kept in 1990s
The 中美关系 Zhong-Mei guanxi headline of 2024 post-Republican electoral victory is that the People’s Republic of China (PRC)’s net foreign direct investment (FDI) is now net $100B outbound.
That’s right, outbound.
That’s the first time this has happened since modern data has been recorded in the 1990s.
This is a strong position for the incoming Republican president , and it’s an opportunity to help lead other countries to disentangle themselves from the Communist/socialist regime’s tentacles. Such a movement requires cooperation, which in turn will require leadership, probably from the US.
