The food was fine at Five Guys. It’s not that.
What is it, sir? the employee said.
It’s that there’s only two of you.
We’ll work on that , sir .
Baby steps, the professor said.
How was the burger, the employee said, rather than asked.
It would have been better if ... there were five of you, the professor said.
And the fries?
Same thing . It’s distracting, the professor noted.
LOL. We’ll hire someone today.
Doesn’t have to be today. Baby steps. Just before I come in next time. I’m sure other people are noticing . But you know, baby steps , the professor said, smiling.
When are you coming in next, sir?

We don’t have In-N-Out burgers in the east,
We ate a Five Guys Burgers and Fries this afternoon. I had not been in years. Food’s still good. There were five at ours and in our neck of the woods we call a group, “guys.” So ya, we have five guys there. One with electric blue hair.
